oil for cooking

Methods:

1. Marinate the beef with black pepper, honey & sweet soy sauce.

2. Chill the marinated beef in the fridge for 1 hour.

3. Heat the oil in the pot, saute poundered garlic and ginger in the oil until the aroma arised.

4. Put the marinated beef in the pot, stir it until it's half cooked.

5. Add concoction of corn flour, oyster sauce, quarterly chopped tomato & onion. stir until the

beef is evenly cooked.

6. Stir until the beef is tender cooked for about 15- 20 mins.

Entrepreuer

Haha some crazy pic with my colleagues

It's been a long time since i last update this blog.

What's up?

Woah.. i have been chosen to attend entreprenuership course organize by my workplace.

Yeah it's good! i've long wanted to start a biz.

But somehow, never came across my mind that starting a biz is really this scary.

Yes scary.. that's the perfect word for it..

Throughout the course my heart raced fast, i had goosebumps all over my body, it was a spine chilling moments.

Knowing that starting a bussiness is a whole lots of effort and work, made me feel that i would not dare to linger the thoughts of quitting my job after the marriage..

Ataining the revenue & smelling the ka-chingg is simply the sweetest moments people want to be in in this life, never thought there were a lot of bitter expenses n loosing ur capital throughout the journey..

Afterall, this is only the beginning of the course, lo & behold by joining this course, we were already signed up to set up a REAL biz that have been included in the course work.. huhu mama.. i'm scared.

Oh Allah may i have the sufficient strenghts & money until the end of this course!! i'm going to get married!!! please don't let this biz touched my savings that i have saved for my wedding!! haha

Plans for my wedding

Tick tock..

May has come and it will left us eventually..

yaya's wedding is just around the corner.. Everythings were prepared early.. waiting for the time to arrive je..

Mine? haha not prepared anything yet!!!! scary kn?

20 Dec 09 still long ek? i've bought the dress material for our 2nd outfit..

But dunno where to send for tailoring..

Some suggested JB, KL, SPORE..

But truthfully they were just recommending which country to be send out the material to but not which good tailor to start tailoring the outfit.. funny..

For my 2nd oufit i've bought for myself 4m of grey-silverish satin and 3m of beaded black german lace.. To be transformed into a flary long dress.. :) just like nora danish's wedding dress. but the neckline not so fancy as nora's.. i'll be wearing a hijab anyway..

As for Fai i bought for him 4.5m grey shantung material to be made a sherwani cum baju kurung moden.. i've not yet searching for the shawl to compliment his outfit yet.. gosh where to find one?

As for the nikah outfit, i've not survey the material yet.. but always dreaming it would be a jubah which the inner part is a silk shantung or chiffon material while the outer part is a sari or songket.. it will be cream in colour.

or just a normal soft chiffon baju kurung moden.. (dunno wat to decide).

As for him shantung material to be made in a traditional baju melayu with over coat or w/out the coat and kain samping.. cream n gold in colour :)

Any viewers out there can recommend tailor which u had already a good experience with them? i guess in KL, JB or singapore will do :)
